Yes. Comnexus is a middleware platform specifically designed for Shopify and Shopify Plus stores. It provides deep integration with Shopify's Admin API, Storefront API, and Webhook infrastructure.

Q: Which ERP systems do you support?

SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Nebim V3, Logo Tiger/Wolf, Mikro, and Microsoft Dynamics AX are the primary supported ERP systems. If you use an ERP not on this list, our modular architecture allows a custom integration to be developed.

Q: How long does setup take?

Depending on integration scope, a basic ERP synchronization (orders + inventory) can be completed in 2–4 weeks. A full-scope integration (ERP + WMS + CRM + PIM + invoicing) may take 4–8 weeks. We provide a project-specific timeline in the discovery call.

Q: Can I add Comnexus to an existing Shopify store?

Yes. Comnexus can be integrated into an existing, live Shopify store. We perform installation and testing in a staging environment without affecting your live operation, then ensure a smooth transition.

Q: How is data security ensured?

All data transfers take place over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL). Customer data is processed in compliance with GDPR and local regulations. User and access management ensures only authorized individuals can access the system.

Q: Will there be performance issues during campaigns (Black Friday, 11.11)?
