Q: Can we migrate our existing training content into the system?

Yes. You can bulk upload video, PDF, presentation, and SCORM/xAPI-compatible content. We provide support for migrating your existing training catalog.

Q: Do we need to create a competence matrix ourselves, or are there ready-made templates?

Both options are available. We offer starter templates by industry and position, which we then customize for your organization. Ideally, we design it together during the discovery phase.

Q: How often can we run the performance review cycle?

As frequently as you like — annual, bi-annual, quarterly, or continuous feedback model. Different cycles can be defined for different departments.

Q: Can employees access training from mobile devices?

Yes. When used together with the HRMate Connect module, employees can access training, watch videos, and complete quizzes through the mobile app. If using only LMS, mobile access is available through the responsive web interface.

Q: Does it integrate with HRMate ATS?

Yes. When a candidate hired through ATS becomes an employee, their profile is automatically transferred to LMS. Onboarding training is automatically assigned, and the competence profile is built from the candidate information in ATS.
